A CRM software system for staffing can help you by tracking sales activity as it relates to real profitability, looking at not only the invoice amount but the costs spent to generate them. For those in the staffing industry that can mean gross pay, taxes, worker’s compensation, benefits, background checks, drug screenings and other expenses.
